How can I be sure it will deliver the right repsponse?

Unlike most AI chatbots, your bot will be unique to your business and will only fetch information from the sources of data that you feed it. It will not randomly search the internet or go rogue and respond in a way that you wouldn't. In addition we have developed our own layer of moderation which stops explicit inputs from visitors.

Can I change or adjust the responses?

For sure! That's part of the process. You will be able to refine the responses to further train your bot if the response is not 100%. The next time your bot encounters a similar question it will know what to say. You can also adjust the tone and style of language.

How is this different from the existing Enquirybot?

Existing Enquirybot is a fully designed and guided conversation and can handle any requests. The AI version will have addtional capabilities to answer a broader range of questions and pull from multiple sources of your information.
